the hotel was comfortable, with pleasant staff. the room there was great-sized and the bed was comfortable. the private bathroom. the location was exceptionally nice, overlooking mountain. everything was nice and within 10 minutes' drive of cointrin airport.

The hotel is in a convenient location, right next to a tram stop and close to the airport. The staff at the hotel were kind and friendly, providing excellent service. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, allowing for a cozy and relaxing stay. Additionally, the breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious and satisfying, providing a perfect start to the day.
There were some minor issues with certain facilities in the hotel, such as the downstairs entrance door and the vending machine not working properly. These inconveniences might have caused some frustration for guests.

The double room at Intercityhotel Geneva was perfect for me as a backpacker. It had a private entrance and soundproof walls, ensuring a peaceful and quiet stay. The air conditioning in the room was a lifesaver, especially during the summer heat. The flat-screen TV with satellite channels kept me entertained during my downtime.
Personally, I found the inner courtyard view in the air-conditioned double room a bit underwhelming. However, I understand that some guests may still appreciate the tranquil ambiance it provides.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke English. They even gave us a travel pass to use for free on all trams, buses, trains, and boats. The rooms were modern, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The hotel was conveniently located between the airport and city center, easily accessible by tram.
